Our process begins with the understanding of the State of Emergency that the

African-Americans and Americans are at this point in time. Our project objective is to

create leaders of tomorrow for African-Americans and American as a whole. Through this

platform of communication built in this cyberspace we will come together as a people

with common issues and provide examples of solutions to our everyday problems.

Through this media tool we will interview Artists/Entrepreneurs and Political Activists to

help express their opinions, values, beliefs and solutions. Projects of solutions will be

started by our community soldiers. Community Soldiers are people that will dedicate

their time and efforts to the community in which the project is taking place. These

projects will be sponsored by outside private donations to OTV. The overall vision for

this organization is to adjust the conditions of our fellow Americans by making this land

an equal, fair, honest and a well-balanced society. The vision of this organization is to provide

all our children with a better place to breathe, live and work in. Our future

accomplishments will be measured by the amount of leaders that we can help

generate/mold/teach that move on to achieve bigger and brighter heights while leading

our fellow Americans. It’s time for a change and the change starts from

within.
